Our company is implementing in each and every USB flash drive exclusively 1st class memories eg.: Intel, Micron, Samsung etc.. The very same ones as other huge companies like Apple, HP, Sony, or DELL. Currently we are working with the high-speed reading and burning flash drives, thanks to the excellent quality controller chips. We ship all our USB flash drive products with 2.0 USB chips. Depending on the configuration, the speed of them, in case of category “A” chips is 2-3.5 Mb/sec, but to special request extra speed chips are also available with speeds of 15-20 MB/sec. In order to meet customers’ need we can ship the USB flash drives with lower priced though still high quality category “B” chips (Sony, Maxwell) as well.

These days PCs and laptops equipped with 3.0 ports capable for speeds of 5Gb/sec are within the reach of anyone. With the 3.0 technology, developers aimed at making the use of HD or high resolution video or image contents easier, optimizing them not for USB flash drives but especially SKK and HDD peripheral data mediums. These high speed ports are yet to be widespread. Today, the number of devices used with 3.0 USB does not reach 0.001-0.002%. In almost all cases the 3.0 port are compatible with the 2.0 ones, although that can de different up to manufacturers of motherboards.

As the 3.0 USB pots are rarely widespread, thus 3.0 USB flash drives are almost nowhere manufactured because of low demand. That is why our company does not produce 3.0 Usb flash drives.

Guarantee

Our company guarantees the quality of each USB flash drive product.
Our guarantee refers not only to drive memories and function but we also guarantee the whole and real capacity of it. The guarantee concerns housing and decoration. Products equipped with category “A” chip have a 25 year guarantee while those ones equipped with category “B” chip have a one year guarantee.

The 4PRO LTD (tax nr: 14149933-2-13, based: 2347. Bugyi, Kossuth Lajos u.20.) provides the following guarantee for its marketed, promotional USB flash drives:

Guarantee concerning the chip from date of purchase:
- In case of category “A” chip it is 25 year or 100000 use.
Guarantee concerning housing is one year from date of purchase.
Guarantee concerning decoration is one year from date of purchase.

In case of failure the guarantee can only be validated after presenting the original invoice that was received at purchase.

4PRO LTD does not take responsibility for any kind of failure or breakdown due to misuse of the product.

Proper use:

In case of laptops and PCs, depending on brand and manufacturer, installation of USB ports into the motherboard differ, so you must make sure of the right direction of connection before first usage.

Flash drives must be fitting into USB port easily without any physical straining. The chip in a steel frame (PCBA) can be connected into USB ports (that are the same as shown in image 1), so the small square shaped hole looks upwards. The four connections must look upwards in case of connecting flash drives installed without steel frame. The connections of flash drives without metal housing must look upwards. (images 2)

If the USB port is installed vertically unlike indicated on picture 1, naturally flash drives must also be turned 180 degrees away, when connecting.

Attention! USB flash drives which are not properly connected may damage computers!

If the flash drive connects to the port, the operational system will install it which is indicated in the pop up window next to the clock. (image 3)

After being installed successfully, it may take from 5-10 seconds to even 2 minutes, depending on configuration, that the drive can be taken into use.

The removal of flash drive from USB port:

Click the icon next to the clock: „Hardver biztonságos eltávolítása és az adathordozó kiadása” (image 4), then choose the option „Remove Usb flash drive”.

Then you get the following message: „Safe removal of hardware” and thus you can remove the device.

4PRO LTD. does guarantee failure of any flash drives that has not been used as explained above or altered after purchase or operated in improper operational environment! Origins of failure can be checked with software!
