Does the price really include the cost of decoration?
Yes. The indicated prices always include the cost of a 4 color print in one position .
What shape of products can I choose from ?
Basically you can choose from about 2000 shapes of USB drives, but our company’s main service is to create custom made shape USB drives. We can form the soft PVC to any shape so it can be a product or the logo of your company .
How long does it take to get the USB drives if I order ?
The USB drives are ready for delivery within 10-14 days after approving the visual design and sending the properly approved order confirmation back .
You really do not charge any cost for decoration e.g. film, screen or mold, do you ?
Right . We do not charge you any of these costs.
In what file format shall I send the graphic or logo ?
The best way is to send the graphics in a vectorgraphic file as ai, cdr, pdf,…etc. If you don not have any of these send us a jpg file or whatever you have and in case of ordering we will make it in the right format.
How can I see how our logo will look on the product ?
We make visual design for every order before mass production. For custom made USB drives we create a 3D visual plan. We make the visual plans for free.
If I provide the product, will you decorate it too ?
No, because we can give guarantee only for the products produced by us .
Can I order one piece ?
No, unfortunately we can not produce one piece. There is a technological and an economical production quantity limit for each product category . E.g. the technological quantity limit for common USB drives is 50pcs, but the economical quantity starts from 100 pcs .
Can I calculate with the prices indicated on the website ?
The indicated prices are calculated for an average order (which is ……pcs???), 1GB capacity, 4 color printed at one position. In case of USB drives, the price influential factors are : quantity, capacity, material and decoration.
Ask for a quotation either by e-mail or directly through our website and we will send you our offer within 24 hours .
How do you deliver the goods?
24-48 hours after the lot is ready produced, you get the ordered products . Above net HUF 100.000.- order value, we ship for free to any destination in EU.
The ready made lot can be checked or picked up in our showroom in Dunaharaszti, Hungary as well.
If the order value is below HUF 100.000, the shipment cost is net HUF 1150.- per box .
What does money-back guarantee mean ?
During the production and decoration procedure we inspect each product. If the final product does not meet the ordered quality or the outlook shows differnce from the approved visual design our company either re-produce the lot or pays the purchase price back .
What is best price guarantee ?
If you get a better offer from another company that contains the same USB drive with the same parameters we gave ( shape, house,material,capacity, speed and quality) and you show this official offer in our office we guarantee to give you a better price or condition .

Wholesaler ?
No, we are not a wholesaler, but the minimum order quantities are 50-100 pcs . Among our customers there are companies, schools, institutes, local governments, national parks…etc. but we can serve private persons as well if the order reaches the MOQ.
