How does the offer preparation/offer basket work?
This new tool, we have introduced on our website, makes requesting a quotation easier and faster. The offer basket is similar to the „basket” known from webshops. You can put one or more products into your offer basket. You can freely change the product in your offer basket. You can modify the quantity or the capacity or you can remove the product from the offer basket. If you finished, you can ask for quotation for all the products you put into the offer basket in one step.
USB order step by step
- Based upon the quotation , sent by our company previously , the customer announces the aim to place an order in a written form.
- 4PRO Kft issues an ORDER CONFIRMATION.
- After checking all detailt int he Order Confirmation the customer officially stamps and undersigns the form and send it back either by e-mail or by fax .
- Based ont he agreed payment term, our company issues an invoice of downpayment. In case of special agreement the payment can be deferred payment .
- The customer remits the amount of the invoice or see point #4.
- 4PRO prepares a visual design .
- The customer checks the visual design and send it back properly undersigned as an approval .
- 4PRO starts production.
- Befor delivery 4PRO issues an ivoice according to the priviously accepted terms .
- The customer remits the amount of the invoice or see note #4.
- 4PRO delivers the lot
